Need help with the app?

A chore says "Waiting…"? It needs a grown-up's approval. Approve it from the Family tab in HapyTask on your phone.
Arcade still locked? It opens once every chore due today has been approved. If no chores are due today, it stays closed too. Add a chore for today to open it.
Connecting your child's device? They'll need the 6-character invite code from your app. Codes last 7 days.

Account & data requests

You can delete a child's profile, along with their chores, coins and progress, any time in HapyTask on your phone: open Settings, swipe left on the child, then type DELETE.

Deleting your whole family account and its data is handled by request. Choose Account & data request as the topic and use the email address you sign in with.
